Creating buy-in is difficult work. Organizations that are good at change are able to quickly align people around new ways of doing things in response to opportunities or threats. Those that master it build resilience and an enduring competitive advantage.

The ExperienceChange simulation is an accelerated project experience for business leaders and project managers. Over the course of this one-day workshop, participants experience a “year in the life” of a change team.

The simulation focuses on a company fraught with realistic change challenges. Through careful application of change management best practices, learners build stakeholder buy-in and lead the company to success.  The simulation provides learning-by-doing, where knowledge retention is optimized and change concepts become immediately relevant for real-world projects.

You’ll take a 12-month change journey in a single day.  We pack 20 years of change research and industry insights into an intensive, high-impact workshop that leaves you seeing the world differently.

At the conclusion of an ExperienceChange workshop, participants will be able to confidently answer ‘yes’ to the following statements:

  • I understand why change is important
  • I can guide a team through change
  • I understand a process for effectively managing change

Additional learning around team engagement and dynamics are surfaced via on-going dialogue throughout the simulation experience.

Meet the Facilitator

Brad founded S2A in 2014 with a simple mission: Develop 10 Percenters! A concept based on the fact that fewer than 10% of people say they understand their company’s strategy and its connection to their daily work. Through his workshops, seminars and strategy coaching, Brad chips away at the divide from both sides by helping the C-suite set a clear, concise and compelling strategic direction, while helping project managers make sense of the company’s strategy in an actionable way.
