CHANGE IS CERTAIN. BUY-IN ISN’T.

Creating buy-in is difficult work. Organizations that are good at change are able to quickly align people around new ways of doing things in response to opportunities or threats. Those that master it build resilience and an enduring competitive advantage.

WE MAKE TIME TRAVEL POSSIBLE

The ExperienceChange simulation is an accelerated project experience for business leaders and project managers. Over the course of this one-day workshop, participants experience a “year in the life” of a change team.

The simulation focuses on a company fraught with realistic change challenges. Through careful application of change management best practices, learners build stakeholder buy-in and lead the company to success.  The simulation provides learning-by-doing, where knowledge retention is optimized and change concepts become immediately relevant for real-world projects.

EXPERIENCE 12 MONTHS IN 1 DAY

You’ll take a 12-month change journey in a single day.  We pack 20 years of change research and industry insights into an intensive, high-impact workshop that leaves you seeing the world differently.

JUST SAY YES!

At the conclusion of an ExperienceChange workshop, participants will be able to confidently answer ‘yes’ to the following statements:

  • I understand why change is important
  • I can guide a team through change
  • I understand a process for effectively managing change

Additional learning around team engagement and dynamics are surfaced via on-going dialogue throughout the simulation experience.

THE WORD ON THE STREET

A GREAT EXPERIENCE ACCORDING TO THESE AWESOME PEOPLE

“The simulation is a great hands-on, interactive activity that sets the stage for introducing a change initiative. The takeaway is an excellent tool that can be used to hone the thought processes of leaders as they develop action plans to initiate a specific project.” ~Elaine Shantz, PeopleCare, Inc.

“The ExperienceChange staff and simulations are nothing short of excellent. The simulation is a solid learning application, with real personality types encountered in the workplace, and solidifies the learning experience in a fun way!” ~Jacqueline Patricio, Bayer Pharmaceuticals

“The GlobalTech case was a great way to talk about and experience a change initiative in a safe environment. It helped us to develop a common language, discuss our past efforts successes and failures and engage in a fun shared experience as well.” ~Chris Weiler, Weiler Corporation

“Global tech SIM is very good. Students are able to draw parallels with their own experiences and projects. The SIM resonates and hits home.” ~Mark Nelson, Anheuser-Busch InBev

“Students love it – they keep referring back to what they learned as they move forward in their real-world consulting projects.” ~Bill Pasmore, Columbia University

Meet the Facilitator

Brad founded S2A in 2014 with a simple mission: Develop 10 Percenters! A concept based on the fact that fewer than 10% of people say they understand their company’s strategy and its connection to their daily work. Through his workshops, seminars and strategy coaching, Brad chips away at the divide from both sides by helping the C-suite set a clear, concise and compelling strategic direction, while helping project managers make sense of the company’s strategy in an actionable way.
